Pay:?From $18.00-$21.00 per hour Summary: Responsible for assisting the CEO, President, Vice-President, Property Supervisors, Accounting Manager, and Account Executives in the smooth operation of the company. Responsibilities:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalency. Must have accounting, ten - key and computer experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and residents.
Math Skills:?Ability to work with math concepts i.e. those used in budgets, lease amounts, pro-rates, etc. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
