About this role
We are seeking a
Data Center Digital Solutions Leader
to join our team. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end digital program lifecycle, working closely with the Digital Product Owner to ensure the successful delivery of digital offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a keen understanding of digital products, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Define offering and go-to-market strategies that will inform product requirements and product needs.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
Assist in the creation and management of the offering roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business strategy.
Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Work with UX/UI designers to partner on user-centered designs and conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for offering performance. Analyze data post-launch to assess offering success and identify areas for improvement.
Regularly communicate product updates, features, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring that user feedback and needs are prioritized in product development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience in digital project or program management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate to technical requirements.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and software development processes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms.
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
