About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Data Center Building Technologies Leader
to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, operations and program management to develop and execute the building technologies equipment strategy supporting the Data Center vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the building technologies equipment marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and drive product improvements.
Develop and communicate unique insights for improving customers' business outcomes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Partner with cross functional teams to manage the building technologies equipment data center roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
Support the building technologies equipment sales team with product knowledge, training, and collateral development.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track performance against goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales, engineering or business management
Preferred Qualifications
Master?s degree, MBA
Data Center industry experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across a broad audience.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.
Project management skills and execution
Ability to quickly adapt and adjust approach and solution to customer needs.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through clear communication, active listening, and personalized solutions
