Data Analyst - Manager

Talent Worx is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and prepare reports that enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience: 9 to 12 years
• Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

2. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data findings, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide timely insights to inform business strategies.

4. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific projects and initiatives as needed.

5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.

6. Present findings and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

7. Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analysis techniques.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

2. 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
