Requirements and Qualifications: Experience assisting our clients in with all aspects of privacy and cybersecurity, including strategic counseling, compliance, incident response and defense of regulatory actions, data breach investigations and cyberattacks. The position involves cyberattacks Experience regarding data breach prevention and remediation, training and reviewing safeguards designed to meet clients? unique needs and circumstances. The successful applicant should be able to evaluate circumstances Familiarity evaluating clients? specific obligations to develop procedures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of data and to implement strategic response plans to identify, evaluate, and respond to data security incidents. The applicant should have experience with information security and privacy using sound judgment to provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders throughout the organization and to be a resource for our clients and colleagues.
