• Provide customer support through calls, chats, and emails with a focus on quality and responsiveness
• Resolve queries and concerns from customers with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
• Follow established processes and standard operating procedures consistently
• Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or critical issues
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints
• Monitor and work towards improving customer satisfaction levels
• Handle routine tasks with discipline while maintaining high performance standards
