Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Support the scheduling and management of appointments for our Measure Technicians.
Perform clerical tasks, including but not limited to data entry and document preparation.
Work collaboratively with other departmental staff to ensure smooth process flow.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Evaluate customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
Previous experience in client services or customer support roles is highly preferred.
Skilled in utilizing computer systems and software for documentation and communication, including CRM tools.
Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial but not required.
Experience in dispatching.
Knowledge of city locations in Florida.
