Contact Center Agent

The compensation for this position is $16-$17 per hour plus commission. Our top performers are earning $80-90k annually!

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of outbound calling daily and ask qualifying questions
• Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
• Meet performance expectations and KPIs

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred

• Fast-paced call center experience a plus
• Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
• Self-motivated & independent
• Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Must live in or around a commutable distance from Columbus, OH and be willing to work in person on-site
