Become a vital part of our team at Citizens State Bank as a Customer Service Representative / Team Lead and help us achieve excellence and growth at our Hudson office. This individual will lead a dynamic team, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to our success in a friendly, community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate customer service staff
  • Train the team to effectively promote and sell bank products
  • Perform customer service tasks for a smooth banking experience
  • Provide back-up for opening and closing deposit accounts

Requirements

Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills should include the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members when needed. Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred.
