You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping coordinate appointments, support our craftsmen, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Schedule appointments and match customers with the appropriate craftsman
• Coordinate schedules, confirm appointments, and manage daily scheduling changes
• Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely, solution-oriented support
• Support operational efficiency through strong communication and organization
• Collaborate closely with office staff and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements Must Have

• 1-3 years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative support experience
• Professional and empathetic phone communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• Reliable transportation to the Nashville office
• Willingness to complete a background check

• Experience in home services, construction, or related industries
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software, especially ServiceTitan
