Customer Service Representative

Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for?providing exceptional service to customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales and operations teams. This role ensures?accurate?and?timely?communication to?maintain?customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Order Management?

• Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems.?

• Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.?

• Respond promptly to inquiries?regarding?products, services, and deliveries.?

• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.?

• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure?timely?fulfillment.?

• Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively.?

• Maintain?accurate?records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.?

• Prepare daily or weekly reports as?required.?

Pay: $22 per hour Work Schedule: 5 days per week, generally Monday through Friday, with some Sunday availability. Requirements

• High school diploma?required; associate degree preferred.?

• 1?3 years of customer service experience (food service or distribution industry preferred).?

• Strong communication?and problem-solving skills.?

• Proficiency?in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
