Our client, a dynamic player in the healthcare industry, is seeking Customer Lead Specialist to follow up on sales leads. You will be part of the sales support team, contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have call center experience, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Engage with potential clients by making outbound calls to nursing homes (HIGH VOLUME CALLS).

Gather accurate contact information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Compile and send the gathered information to the sales team for follow-up.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.

What's Needed?

Excellent attendance.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability to work ONSITE from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
