You will engage with our customers, assist them with inquiries, and ensure they receive the highest level of service that is synonymous with our brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers by answering questions regarding products, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues with care and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
