CSR - Convenience Store, Opening shift

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We are currently seeking a CSR - Convenience Store to join our team. As a CSR at Enerbase, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store.

Responsibilities will include assisting customers, answering inquiries, handling transactions, restocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting our cooperative and its services. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
