Job Description


Agrabase is a division of Enerbase Cooperative Resources which provides a wide range of goods and services to its customers. We are currently seeking an Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist at Agrabase, you will play a vital role in assembling and manufacturing products that meet the highest quality standards.

Our cooperative operates several production facilities where we manufacture a variety of products, including agricultural equipment, machinery parts, and components. We take pride in our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.

As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for following detailed assembly instructions, operating hand and power tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring that production schedules are met. You will work alongside a team of skilled assemblers, collaborating to achieve production targets and maintaining a safe working environment.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have good manual dexterity, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for producing high-quality products, we would love to have you join our team at Agrabase.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten parts
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Schedule is currently M-F 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Saturdays optional. This is subject to change to 4 days per week based on season and schedule.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines

Full-time Agrabase employees are provided with a full benefit package after 60 days including medical(Blue Cross Blue Shield) dental, vision, company paid short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance.
