Crypto Operations Specialist

Office Location: Jersey City, NJ

About the Team & Role:

As a Crypto Operations Specialist, you'll be part of a rapidly growing team that's responsible for building and scaling core operational processes around our cryptocurrency product offerings. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, project management, and tool developmentcreating robust, automation solutions that help us grow from a basic product launch into a broader suite of crypto services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about shaping the future of crypto at Moomoo.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve crypto settlement, liquidity management, and custody processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and introduce innovative, scalable solutions.
• Document and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and clarity as the team expands.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time
• Work with our engineering team to develop tools and automation bots to monitor order execution, alert on anomalies, and optimize data flows.
• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for crypto operations, working closely with product, legal, and risk management teams.
• Communicate operational insights and optimization opportunities in a clear and actionable manner.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects that align with our mission to democratize digital investing

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an operation, and /or data analytics role
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology (e.g. working at a crypto company, in a crypto-focused role, crypto projects
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Engineering, Data, Product, Legal)
• Proficient in Python, with experience in developing tools/bots for automation.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar is a plus.
• Strong technical skills, with a passion for automation
• Familiarity with Python, or similar is plus
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency operations
• Experience creating SQL Dashboards within a Data Visualization

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 . This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
