CRM & Marketing Campaign Specialist

We're looking for a Loyalty Campaign Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring and launching promotional campaigns, monitoring performance, and supporting both clients and end users across a dynamic loyalty platform. You'll act as the operational backbone of campaign delivery?balancing technical execution, data insights, and customer support to ensure every interaction delivers value. Job Responsibilities

• Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
• Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
• Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications (email and SMS)
• Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy
• Maintain and update platform configurations as needed
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
• Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and system configurations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
• Experience with customer support and handling technical or platform-related inquiries
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
