Job Description
The Casino Credit Representative reports to the Casino Credit Supervisor and is responsible for promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity of the entire credit operation and the highest caliber guest service to all guests.
Position Responsibilities
- Create and support a strong credit operation
- Following all credit internal controls andprocedures
- Adhering to regulatory requirements
- Promoting hassle free guest and internalprocesses
- Facilitate a credit process which supports ongoingoperations
- Resolve guest related problems in a fast-pacedenvironment always with a smile
- Maintaining integrity of the credit operation
- Following policies for granting, compliance andextension, and/or denial of credit
- Working with internal partners, ensure markers are issuedin a timely and proper manner
Requirements
- 3+ years of appropriate credit related experience preferably in a high-volume casino Resort
- General business and casino credit knowledge
- Knowledge of New Jersey Casino Control Act
- Exceptional guest services skills, courtesy, professionalism, and communication skills
- The ability to speak, read and write in English
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment
