The Creative Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring that creative projects meet high standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, execution, and final delivery of creative projects across various mediums
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
- Facilitate regular communication among team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Conduct project meetings to review progress and address any challenges
- Support the team in the ideation process, providing feedback and guidance on creative concepts
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand standards and project objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies for completed projects
Requirements
- 3+ yearsof experience in project management, particularly in creative or design-focused projects.
- Familiarity withcreative tools(e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and provide feedback clearly.
- Leadership abilitiesand experience managing creative teams or cross-functional teams.
- Excellenttime managementand multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handlemultiple projectssimultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detailwith a focus on quality control and ensuring the integrity of the creative vision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities andproblem-solvein a dynamic environment.
- This role may require occasional evening or weekend work, especially as deadlines approach.
