Creative Project Manager

• Oversee the planning, execution, and final delivery of creative projects across various mediums
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
• Facilitate regular communication among team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Conduct project meetings to review progress and address any challenges
• Support the team in the ideation process, providing feedback and guidance on creative concepts
• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand standards and project objectives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies for completed projects

Requirements

• 3+ yearsof experience in project management, particularly in creative or design-focused projects.
• Familiarity withcreative tools(e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and provide feedback clearly.
• Leadership abilitiesand experience managing creative teams or cross-functional teams.
• Excellenttime managementand multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handlemultiple projectssimultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detailwith a focus on quality control and ensuring the integrity of the creative vision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities andproblem-solvein a dynamic environment.
• This role may require occasional evening or weekend work, especially as deadlines approach.
