Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of substantive experience with transactional, governance and fiduciary matters involving Delaware corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, investment fund transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity financing transactions. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. Must be Delaware barred.
