Job Description
Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with at least four years of sophisticated corporate law practice experience with a focus on startup formation, venture capital financing, and emerging company representation to join its Corporate and Securities practice group in California. The ideal candidate will have experience managing venture capital deal execution and supervising/training more junior attorneys. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required, as is admission to practice law in California. The selected candidate will work in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, or San Diego office. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm?s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The annual base salary range for candidates placed in California is expected to be $240,000-$300,000, depending on experience. We are not currently accepting recruiter submissions for this role.
