Job Description


Duane Morris LLP has an immediate opening for an outgoing mid-senior level securities associate to join its growing 200+ lawyer Corporate practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in securities (including public offerings and Exchange Act filings). The candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the firm?s largest securities matters. Stellar academics and excellent writing skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Flexibility as to location of practice (but ideally to be ?resident? in Philadelphia, New York, Wilmington, or Washington, D.C. offices); bar admission required in jurisdiction of practice.

The target annual salary range for this role is $290,000-$35,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris? total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses competitive with the market, incentive packages and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
