Job Description

The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Corporate Securities Associate with at least 4 years of experience. This position is focused on securities matters. The ideal candidate will be able to lead ?34 Act compliance and ?33 Act securities work and have significant experience with capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt and other securities, corporate governance matters, exchange listing requirements, Rule 144, Section 13 and Section 16 issues and familiarity with executive compensation. This Associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, a personable team player and have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in New York.
