Corporate Associate - Public Companies And Capital Markets

We are seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 2-5 years of public company and capital market experience. Candidates should have experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at-the-market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus.

Preferred locations are San Francisco or Palo Alto, but we also welcome candidates for our Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle or Washington, DC target="_blank">Austin office.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $310,000 $235,000 ? $390,000, $365,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
