Position Requirements We are seeking candidates with a range of entry-level to four years of law firm experience as a corporate attorney. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent professional recommendations, and a team-oriented mindset. At Holland & Hart, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects in our regulated industry focus areas, including: Insurance: Regulatory compliance, insurance transactions, captive insurance formations, and insurance company M&A Mining: Entity structuring, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and transactional support for mining operations Healthcare: Healthcare entity formation and governance, regulatory compliance, practice acquisitions, and healthcare real estate transactions Pet Care Industries: Veterinary practice acquisitions and sales, corporate veterinary platform transactions, pet care business formations, and emerging pet care sector deals Cross-Industry Work: Mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, and commercial contracts across all sectors You'll gain valuable experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks while working directly with clients who are leaders in their respective industries. Expectations Holland & Hart?s compensation is merit-based?you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team?s efforts. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits. Judicial clerks are eligible for a one-time bonus immediately following the completion of a judicial clerkship with a federal appellate, federal district, tax court, state supreme court, or state appellate court. Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
