Are you interested in working on complex transactions for sophisticated client with a team that value camaraderie and collaboration? If so, we want you at Brownstein. Our Denver office has an immediate need for a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years ofexperience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions.

Additional experience with outside general counsel work is helpful, but not required. While strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position, we are interested in candidates that are growth-minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note, this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. Salary will range between $215,000 and $238,000, depending on experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus as well as a discretionary bonus based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
