Corporate Associate

Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its corporate group in the Greenville office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing office.

From the Greenville office itself, visitors can view a bustling Upstate community and witness the city?s transition from textile hub to technology center. People and conversations on Greenville?s Main Street reflect multiple cultures and languages as international manufacturers now call Greenville home.

Candidates should possess at least one year of meaningful corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting, and are knowledgeable in general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are a member of the South Carolina bar or would be willing to sit for the South Carolina bar.
