Job Description

Vinson & Elkins has an opportunity available for a midlevel associate with 3-5 years (classes 2020 - 2022) of corporate experience. Candidates should have significant transactional experience in either mergers and acquisitions (particularly private equity M&A) and/or capital markets offerings and related securities work. Candidates should have strong drafting skills and experience negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and over two full years of relevant law firm experience.
