Corporate and Capital Markets Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate or Capital Markets Associate to join the Palo Alto office of a top-tier Am Law 100 firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier global Capital Markets practice that has experienced significant growth and is a strategic priority for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions
• Counsel public and private companies on SEC reporting and disclosure, national securities exchange compliance, and corporate governance matters
• Provide guidance on financings and general corporate matters

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in capital markets transactions and corporate counseling
• Admission to practice law and good standing in California
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience
• Exceptional client management skills and a demonstrated achievement drive

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $365,000 annually, with actual compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
