Job Description

We are seeking an experienced corporate and business transactional attorney with a minimum of 10 years' experience in advising clients with respect to entity formation, business startups, and general business matters. Minimum book of business of $350k +. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required. Therefore, the firm highly encourages working in the office approximately 60% of the time and in accordance with the firm?s published guidelines.
