Your New Role

As the Content Creator & Social Media Lead , you will play a key role in amplifying our brand voice across various platforms in North America. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging content that resonates with our target audiences and aligns with our brand objectives. You'll work closely with our local marketing and social media team in Australia, bringing creative ideas to life and ensuring that our social media presence reflects the vibrant and dynamic nature of frank green.

The role is permanent full-time, however part-time would be considered.

Your Day to Day

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for all social media channels.
• Create high-quality visual and written content that narrates the frank green story.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches and campaigns.
• Contribute to global social media content streams.
• Stay updated on the very latest trends in social media and content marketing to continuously improve our strategy.
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• As part of a small North America Marketing Team, assist with various Marketing tasks and projects as needed.

What You Need

• Great experience in content creation or social media management.
• Outstanding skills in leveraging various social media platforms (particularly TikTok and YouTube) for brand engagement.
• Strong creative and technical skills with an eye for outstanding visual aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in using analytics tools to gauge content performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of sustainable practices and affinity for environmentally-friendly brands.
• Knowledge of photography and video editing is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Proficiency in leveraging various social media platforms particularly TiKTok and YouTube for brand engagement.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for outstanding visual aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in using analytics tools to gauge content performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of sustainable practices and affinity for environmentally-friendly brands.
• Reliable transport to our offices in Golden CO (Approximately 15 miles from Denver)

Bachelor's Degree
