- Account Management: Manage client accounts proactively, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our services, ensuring seamless delivery and support.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements
Requirements for the Relationship Manager:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- B2B Experience: 2+ years of B2B experience, directly interacting with customers or an equivalent combination of sales and operations experience.
- Contact Center and Back Office Knowledge: Familiarity with contact center and back office (mailroom, data entry) operations.
- Account Management Expertise: Proven experience in account management or relationship management, ideally in a BPO or service-oriented industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events (up to 20%).
