Job Description
Ballard Spahr is seeking a mid-level, non-partnership track attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our thriving consumer finance litigation practice in either our New York or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer finance and mortgage litigation, such as experience with the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act, as well as federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices. Strong communication skills are required. Active bar license in New York or California is also required.

The salary range for this position is expected to be $200,000 to $275,000, depending on experience.
