Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its sophisticated Litigation practice, preferably in Philadelphia, Denver, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in defending clients in the financial and mortgage banking industry in individual and class action lawsuits involving state and federal consumer protection laws. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.

This is a non-partnership track Attorney position. The salary for this position is expected to be $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience. Active bar license in the location for which you wish to be considered is required.
