Job Description
Troutman Pepper Locke?s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an attorney to join our team, location flexible. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of consumer finance related litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus:
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCPA)
Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in Nevada. Admissions to other bars is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
