Candidates must have strong academic performance and writing ability. Candidates must also be in good standing in Virginia with a desire to handle depositions and hearings. Admissions to other bars will be considered a plus.
Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practices focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing. The salary range for this position is $235,000 $150,000 - $275,000 $175,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
