Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based education principles to create immersive training solutions.
SME on processes for translating existing ISR occupational specialties training into deployable e-learning solutions.
Utilize ISD fundamentals to develop baseline ISR courseware that meet specified training objectives.
Work with software engineers to develop a methodology for applications to capture training effectiveness through embedded and exportable data analytics.
Provide recommendation for training and instructional delivery solutions to address a wide array of complex training requirements.
Ability to independently develop effective instructional methodologies for mobile applications to include but not limited to: order of presentation, design of Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI), balance content and IMI?s delivery, design user feedback that can analyze training effectiveness, provide user textual and interactive feedback, and design feedback loop for remedial training.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
Continually research and develop advanced knowledge of instructional design tools and how to apply principles to adult learning.
Assist in various administrative roles to include: technical editing, information management, product demonstrations, and asset management.
Qualifications:
Master?s Degree in Education / ISD.
10+ years' experience working in an ISD role.
2+ years experience with intelligence supporting ground operations
Experience teaching within the ELC
Experience working within a learning innovations office or branch
Experience in developing ISD content in the creation of Live, virtual, and Constructive Training
Experience with JIRA, SharePoint and similar software for task tracking.
Ability to develop content in a constrained timelines.
Experience working with cross functional teams utilizing agile methodologies.
Understanding of software development process and project management practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive thinking and desire to solve problems.
Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
Current TS/SCI or ability to obtain clearance.
Nice to Have:
Previous military experience in all source analysis
CFDPIC certification
Consulting Employee Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000.
