Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret diagnostic psychological evaluations and psychometric testing
• Assess and document the severity and impact of mental health conditions
• Provide expert consultation to DDDS staff, helping guide accurate disability determinations
• Attend quarterly meetings to review cases and refine adjudication processes
• Ensure compliance with DDDS and federal disability guidelines

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Licensure: An active, unrestricted Washington State Psychology license
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 1+ year of post-Master's clinical training
• Skills: Expertise in psychometric testing and diagnostic evaluations
• Additional: You must not be excluded from participation in federal healthcare programs
