Construction Project Manager

Our client, a dynamic player in the HVAC industry, is seeking a DDC Project Manager to join their team. As a DDC Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DDC Project Manager

Location: On Site, Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range:

$70,000 - $105,000 yearly salary + 15% yearly bonus

What's the Job?

Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications and schedules while maintaining budget constraints.

Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Set goals and objectives for the team and manage performance accordingly.

Manage field staff and subcontractors, minimizing project risks until successful completion.

Encourage team collaboration by sharing ideas and opinions for each project.

What's Needed?

3+ years of DDC Project Management experience.

Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.

Excellent people and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends as required.
