Construction Estimator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management and project management principles, as well as proficiency in estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Level 3 Xactimate preferred
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize estimating software such as Xactimate
• ONSITE

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using estimating software such as Xactimate.
• Excellent understanding of cost control measures and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate estimation.
• Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the estimating process.

Base Pay- 55k + Commision structure to surpass 78k

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
