Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join its growing Northeast Ohio presence. Construction Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' possess construction law experience on transactional matters, including providing support in real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and real estate development matters. This position will have a heavy focus on property due diligence, title and survey review, site control drafting, interfacing experience with title companies, lenders the procurement of Ohio public design and developers. Experience within the construction industry, contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a plus.variety of assignments.
