Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four three years of experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts related to construction or real estate development. Experience with construction, design or development contracts is preferred, but is not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong litigation. Strong research, writing writing, oral advocacy, and communication skills. In addition, discovery skills are essential. Ideal candidates should will be comfortable working directly with clients and must work well with others.self-starters inclined toward high volume, sophisticated casework. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but is not required.
