Concrete Foreman

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead concrete operations on our commercial construction projects. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of concrete construction crews, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of concrete construction techniques.

• Supervise and coordinate concrete work on-site, including managing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Set up and monitor concrete mixes, placement, and curing processes.
• Manage daily work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to uphold best practices and safety standards.
• Assist in project planning and estimating as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient in construction safety practices and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualification
