Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA)

Auria is looking to hire a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. Primary work location is in Colorado Springs, CO at Schriever Space Force Base

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.

The selected candidate will be part of a team that reports to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) and performs daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks
• Document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real-world events
• Assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO
• Focus on Lab and Test activities
• Performs other duties and assignments as required

Basic Qualifications:

Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.

• An active SECRET clearance is required to start.
• 2 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
• or a Master's degree with 0 years' experience
• or 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• DoD 8140 certification atIAT Level II or higher(Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, SCNP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, CCNA Security, etc.)
• Position requiresrotating 24/7 shift workand will be assigned to a shift and assignment (Ops or Training) to be determined by mission requirements. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required
• Must have experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
• Must have experience in system and/or network administration that includes:
• UNIX
• Linux
• Windows
• Cisco
• Juniper
• Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and Active in-scope DoD-Issued TS/SCI clearance is highly desired
• Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems

Salary Range: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($68,000 - $74,000).
