Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and practical guidance and support to management and consultants in compliance areas including Medicaid regulations.
  • Take a lead role in compliance investigations and monitoring activities.
  • Advise on company policies.
  • Manage outside counsel in compliance matters and litigation.
  • Draft and review contracts with clients, teaming partners, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge and experience in Medicaid regulations and other relevant compliance areas.
  • Excellent legal and legal writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Law degree and bar membership.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an attorney.
  • Experience that reflects the diverse responsibilities of the position.
  • Employment experience with state or federal Medicaid agency preferred.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.?As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $100,000-$120,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
