Job Description


Our client, a leader in document management and compliance solutions, is seeking a Compliance Administrator/Technical Writer to join their team. As a Compliance Administrator/Technical Writer, you will be part of the Business Technologies Compliance Team supporting essential document management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compliance Administrator/Technical Writer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $40 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform document management processes for reviewing, updating, and obtaining approvals and/or signatures of enterprise and divisional documents.

Complete policy exception processes by reviewing and maintaining exception requests and addressing outdated exceptions with appropriate stakeholders.

Collaborate with and train stakeholders on document management standards and ensure documents are going through standard processes as well as stored in appropriate repositories.

Administer policy exception processes and monitor compliance with policies across the organization.

Engage in technical writing tasks, contributing to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise documentation.

What's Needed?

Experience in Information Technology (IT) compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Privacy, Personal Identifiable Information (PII), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) modules is highly desired.

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
