Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

Kilpatrick?s Complex Commercial Litigation team is seeking an associate with at least 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience to be based in our Winston-Salem office.

Candidate must have strong research and writing skills. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued. This position is an in-office role, not open to remote candidates.
