Job Description

Tuggle Duggins P.A. seeks an experienced real estate paralegal. This position will support a fast paced, active commercial real estate practice. A minimum of 3 years commercial or residential real estate experience is required, preferably in a law firm environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player are also requirements for the position. Responsibilities include: Preparation or review of documents for commercial real estate transactions Reviewing and editing title and survey documents Closing management ? from pre-closing through post-closing and project completion
