As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, support, and assistance in activities of daily living to our clients. In our complex behavioral homes there is an increased risk of being exposed to profanity, violent, and/or offensive behavior.

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with supported individuals
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed
• Support individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Escort supported individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or health challenges
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work day shift (Ex: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm)

• Complex Behavioral homes pay starts at $15.00/hour on weekdays and $22.50/hour on the weekends!
• Daily pay available!

• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
• Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activities
• Walk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks?
