Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will align community-building efforts with business objectives and analyze key metrics to measure success.

Accountabilities:

• Build, manage, and grow the community across multiple social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, and YouTube.
• Engage with users, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive environment to ensure long-term community loyalty and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute content strategies to promote brand values, products, and events while driving engagement.
• Plan and execute community-driven campaigns, events, and promotions to increase customer loyalty.
• Analyze and report on social media engagement metrics, providing insights into community sentiment and areas for improvement.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and industry leaders to enhance community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in community management or social media marketing, especially in the sports, entertainment, or gaming sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences across a variety of platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
• Ability to create engaging social media content and adapt the tone for different platforms and audiences.
• A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute community engagement initiatives.
• Flexibility to work during hours that align with live sporting events.
